    Job Summary:

    • The Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue by maximizing sales in various market segments, managing client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities within the hospitality industry. This role includes developing strategies to drive business from new and existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Strategy & Business Development:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and secure bookings in line with revenue targets.
    • Identify, research, and approach potential clients in key segments (corporate, travel agencies, MICE - Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions, etc.)
    • Create and execute action plans for effective lead generation, sales presentations, and account management.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
    • Conduct regular site visits, meetings, and networking events to strengthen client partnerships.
    • Resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.

    Revenue Management:

    • Work closely with the revenue management team to align sales strategies with pricing structures and maximize revenue opportunities.
    • Forecast sales targets and monitor performance against these targets, taking corrective actions as necessary.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotions and campaigns that boost occupancy and event bookings.

    Market Analysis & Reporting:

    • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, revenue targets, and market insights.
    • Use market data to make informed decisions and adjust sales strategies as needed.

    Team Leadership & Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the operations, front office, and catering teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
    • Train and mentor junior sales staff, providing guidance on best practices and professional development.
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build networks and promote the brand.

    Budget Management:

    • Manage the sales budget, ensuring all expenditures are within approved limits.
    • Assist in setting annual sales targets and forecast budgets based on market insights and historical data.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in a sales role within the hospitality industry, preferably in hotel or event sales.
    • Strong knowledge of hospitality market trends and customer preferences.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • roficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.

    • We are looking for an experienced Company Secretary who would be the manager’s and company executive’s right hand. As Company Secretary, you will be instrumental in helping the office run smoothly, provide support to managers, senior-level executives, and departments.
